Freight is a people business wearing a logistics costume.
Ships and planes are commodities. What separates a shipment that lands on time from one that does not is almost always somebody paying attention.
Why this company exists.
Logistics Solutions exists because most freight problems are not transport problems. The ship sails, the plane leaves, the truck arrives — and the shipment still goes wrong in the gap between one provider and the next, where nobody has to answer for it.
So we built the company around removing those gaps. Sea, air, road, customs, warehousing and last-mile delivery are all handled in-house, by one team, with one named coordinator who owns your shipment from pickup to delivery. When something moves, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
We work directly with shippers, carriers and customs authorities in their own language, which removes an entire category of delay that most forwarders quietly absorb into their transit times.

Four things we will not trade away for a cheaper booking.
Answer the phone
A named coordinator, reachable directly. Not a ticket queue, not a different voice every call, not a portal that tells you less than you already knew.
Say the true thing early
If a shipment is going to be late we tell you while there is still time to do something about it, rather than at the point it becomes undeniable.
Own the whole lane
Every mode in-house means there is nobody to hand the delay to. That is uncomfortable by design — it is what keeps the handovers tight.
Plan for the bad day
Anyone can move freight when nothing goes wrong. We plan the exception route before we need it, not after.
The people who answer when you call.
Hover a name to see who it belongs to. Every shipment is assigned to one of them, and they stay with it until it is delivered.

How we protect your freight
Freight licences are verifiable public records, so we only publish one once the number behind it can be shown. In the meantime, here is what you can hold us to on every shipment.
Customs managed by our team
Clearance arranged and tracked by our own compliance team, with licensed brokers filing the entry
Cargo insurance available
Coverage options reviewed with you before the shipment moves
Every mode under one roof
Sea, air, road, customs, warehousing and last mile from one partner
Named coordinator per shipment
One accountable contact from booking through to delivery
The same four commitments on every shipment.
One accountable contact
You get a named coordinator who owns your shipment end to end, not a ticket queue and a different voice every call.
Multilingual operations
Our team works directly with shippers, carriers and customs in their own language, which removes the delays that come from translation gaps.
Every mode, one partner
Sea, air, road, customs, warehousing and last mile under one roof, so nobody can hand your delay to somebody else.
Real-time status
You know where the freight is and what happens next, without having to chase an update.

Work with a team that answers.
One coordinator, every mode, and a straight answer when something moves.
