Should I book FCL or LCL?
If your cargo fills most of a container, FCL is usually cheaper per unit and moves with fewer touches. If it does not, LCL lets you pay for the space you use, at the cost of consolidation and deconsolidation time at each end. Send the dimensions and we will price both so you can compare.
What do you need to quote an ocean shipment?
Origin and destination — port or door — the cargo description, total weight and volume or container count, and the date the cargo is ready. If the Incoterms are already agreed, tell us those too.
How fast can I get a quote?
Send us the origin, destination, cargo type and approximate weight or volume, and we will come back with a quote. For standard lanes this is usually same business day.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We handle import and export clearance, classification and the supporting documentation, so your shipment is not held at the border over paperwork.
Is my cargo insured?
Cargo insurance is available and we will walk you through the coverage options for your shipment. Ask your coordinator when you book.
