Booking air freight, step by step.
Deadline first
Tell us when it has to land. We work backwards from that date to the latest workable pickup.
Service level
Express, standard or consolidated air, priced side by side so you can see what the extra speed costs.
Booked and tendered
We book the capacity, prepare the air waybill and tender the cargo to the airline.
Clearance on arrival
Customs and onward delivery are arranged in advance so the shipment is not sitting at the airport waiting on paperwork.
Who books this most.
These sectors have handling, compliance or timing requirements that shape how the mode is booked.
Air Freight questions we get asked.
When is air actually worth the cost?
Usually when the cost of the goods being late is higher than the freight difference — a production stoppage, a missed selling season, or stock with a short shelf life. We will quote air and ocean on the same lane so the comparison is in front of you rather than assumed.
Can you arrange a charter?
Charter capacity is arranged on request, assessed case by case. Send the weight, the dimensions and the date, and we will tell you honestly whether a charter or an express consolidation is the better answer for that shipment.
How fast can I get a quote?
Send us the origin, destination, cargo type and approximate weight or volume, and we will come back with a quote. For standard lanes this is usually same business day.
Can you handle temperature-controlled or regulated cargo?
Yes, including cold-chain shipments for food and pharmaceutical clients. Tell us the temperature range and handling requirements when you request a quote.
How do I track my shipment?
Your coordinator sends status updates through the journey, and you can reach them directly at any point for a current position.
Also handled in-house
Most shipments use two or three of these together. Booking them with one company is what keeps the handovers from becoming your problem.

Need air freight quoted?
