Customs Brokerage
Clearance, classification and compliance documentation handled properly, so a shipment does not sit at the border over a form.
Import and export clearance arranged and managed by our compliance team, including classification, duty guidance and the supporting documentation, so shipments do not sit at the border.
Most border delays are documentation problems, not inspection problems. We prepare the paperwork before the freight moves and deal with the authority when something needs answering.

Commodity review
We look at what is actually moving, the classification and the agencies with an interest in it.
Document set
We tell you exactly which documents your shipment needs, before it ships rather than after it lands.
Entry filed
We prepare the entry with a licensed broker and check duties and applicable charges against the declared value.
Released
Once released we hand straight to the delivery leg — or to your own carrier if you have one.
Who books this most.
These sectors have handling, compliance or timing requirements that shape how the mode is booked.
Customs Brokerage questions we get asked.
Can you clear a shipment another forwarder is moving?
Yes. Customs brokerage can be booked on its own. Send us the transport documents and the commercial paperwork and we will handle the entry, whoever is carrying the freight.
What documents will you need from me?
As a baseline: the commercial invoice, the packing list, and the bill of lading or air waybill. Some commodities need additional agency paperwork such as certificates of origin or product-specific permits. We confirm the full list for your commodity before the shipment moves.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We handle import and export clearance, classification and the supporting documentation, so your shipment is not held at the border over paperwork.
How fast can I get a quote?
Send us the origin, destination, cargo type and approximate weight or volume, and we will come back with a quote. For standard lanes this is usually same business day.
Is my cargo insured?
Cargo insurance is available and we will walk you through the coverage options for your shipment. Ask your coordinator when you book.
Also handled in-house
Most shipments use two or three of these together. Booking them with one company is what keeps the handovers from becoming your problem.

Need customs brokerage quoted?
Send the lane, the cargo and the date it has to arrive. We come back with cost, routing and transit time.
