Last-Mile Delivery
The final step, delivered on the window you promised your customer — with proof it happened.
Regional and local delivery to the end customer, with proof of delivery and delivery-window scheduling.
The last mile is the only part of the journey your customer sees. It is also where a well-run international shipment can still end up as a complaint.

Booking last-mile delivery, step by step.
Delivery profile
Area, volume per day, item size, and whether deliveries need a booked window.
Routed
Stops are planned into routes that hold the promised window rather than optimising purely for distance.
Delivered
The driver completes the delivery and captures proof of delivery at the door.
Exceptions and returns
Failed attempts and returns are handled to rules you set, not improvised on the day.
Who books this most.
These sectors have handling, compliance or timing requirements that shape how the mode is booked.
Last-Mile Delivery questions we get asked.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, regional and local delivery to residential and business addresses, including scheduled delivery windows where the item needs someone present.
What happens if nobody is there to receive it?
We agree the rule with you before we start — reattempt, leave with a neighbour, hold for collection, or return. Whatever you choose is applied consistently and the outcome is recorded.
How do I track my shipment?
Your coordinator sends status updates through the journey, and you can reach them directly at any point for a current position.
Which shipping modes do you handle?
Sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, road freight (FTL and LTL), customs brokerage, warehousing and last-mile delivery. Most clients use more than one.
Is my cargo insured?
Cargo insurance is available and we will walk you through the coverage options for your shipment. Ask your coordinator when you book.
Also handled in-house
Most shipments use two or three of these together. Booking them with one company is what keeps the handovers from becoming your problem.
